Privacy Policy

Servants for His Kingdom ("S4HK," "we," "us") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry based in Southern Pines, North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, your message, the reason you selected for contacting us, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.

Information sent with the form. When you submit the form, our website host also records the date and time, your IP address, your browser and device type, and the page you came from. We keep this with your message as a record of the submission and of any text message consent.

Information collected when you visit. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, so it can deliver the site and keep it secure.

Cookies and tracking. This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or tracking tools. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that counts page views and page load times without cookies and without identifying individual visitors; Cloudflare's privacy policy covers that service. If you choose "Use less data", we save that preference in your browser's local storage so we can remember it on this device.

Donations. We do not collect payment card or bank details on this website. Donations are made on PayPal's own pages and are covered by PayPal's privacy policy.

How we use information

• To reply to your message, prayer request, volunteer interest, or giving question.
• To send you text messages, only if you agreed to receive them.
• To keep a record of your consent and of any request to stop messages.
• To keep the website secure and working, and to protect our form from spam.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you, and only so they can provide those services to us:

• Netlify, which hosts this website and receives our contact form submissions.
• Google, which provides our email (form submissions are delivered to our inbox).
• Our text message provider, if you agree to receive text messages, so it can deliver them.

Text messaging. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers listed above that store our form submissions and deliver our messages on our behalf.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or contact us.
• Email: ask us at any time to stop emailing you.
• Access, correction, or deletion: email info@s4hk.org and we will update or delete your information, unless we need to keep a record of a request to stop messages so that we can continue to honor it.

Do Not Track

This website does not use advertising or tracking tools, and it does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

How long we keep information

We keep contact information for as long as it is useful to stay in touch with you, and consent and opt-out records for as long as we need them to show that we followed your choices.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information through this website, contact us at info@s4hk.org and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
